Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at kadalstudio1@gmail.com.

2. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized items, intimate apparel, and sale items. Please check the product description before making a purchase.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at kadalstudio1@gmail.com. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a replacement or refund as soon as we receive the damaged item.

6. Cancellation of Services

For any subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time by contacting our customer support team. Refunds for partially used subscription periods will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
